This shop was amazing. They were very detailed with their reporting of the issues needed to be addressed with my car. The customer service was awesome. I wish I had known of this shop sooner. I originally took my car to a shop in Dallas and they did not fix any of the issues and charged me an arm and a leg. The people at Rick and Ray’s were very honest and knowledgeable. Thank you Rick and Ray’s!

We have a 2013 Lexus ES 350 but it is still loved by us. Recently Rick and Ray gave us a comprehensive list of things we should fix and much detail. Its a long process but we got the most important tasks out of the way very pleasantly. From getting me a ride back home to being transparent about pricing and service, the shop is first rate and one of the best "car" experiences we have had.

Rick & Ray's Auto Plaza offers the best and most comprehensive service. I greatly appreciate the special care to detail on diagnostic and repair of our Toyota Sequoia. Additionally, we were given a breakdown on our future maintenance needs and at what intervals to address each service. We greatly appreciate Rick and Ray's Auto Plaza and we highly recommend them for any make and model, especially the Toyota Sequoia, as well as the Chrysler Crossfire.
